The Smart Package Room ® system is a future-proof package management solution that uses precision tracking technology to ensure seamless delivery and pickup of parcels of all sizes. It is an all-in-one room that easily scales and customizes to meet the needs of multifamily properties, student housing properties and corporate offices.
Packages are delivered into the room and stored behind an access-controlled door, while presence sensors provide 24/7 monitoring. AI-powered computer vision technology visually tags and tracks packages when they are placed on the shelves and in the appropriate zones: Standard, Flat, Oversized, Refrigerated and Dry Cleaning.
The MobileKiosk™ handheld device allows for quick capture of bulk deliveries inside the room. Upon delivery, recipients receive an automatic notification via text and email with a QR code which permits them 24/7 access into the room. Laser, light and audio prompts direct them to their packages for a fast, easy pickup. A full digital chain of custody ensures that every package ends up in the right hands every time.
